Red ink on paper
Entwined Instinct explores the relationship between human ambition, vulnerability, and the instinctive forces that shape us. Rendered entirely in red, the work draws attention to the symbolism of blood, desire, danger, and vitality. Weaving through the composition like an inescapable thought or instinct. Ultimately, Entwined Instinct is a meditation on the forces we carry within us—those that can constrict, protect, drive, and transform us. It asks the viewer to consider where control ends and instinct begins.
